The attraction of foreign investments in the Indian railway industry became the result of a recent decision of India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
According to Indian trade union, such a decision will lead to the influx of foreign specialists in the Indian railway industry, which are expected to take most of the jobs in this segment. In this regard, according to representatives of the union, there is a need to provide jobs to local citizens, to introduce additional benefits for them and to design a new pension scheme.
